We believe that data, when democratized and de-colonized, is a powerful tool for self-determination, equity, and justice.

We believe in making data accessible to all, not just those who consider themselves “data people”.

We believe that, at its core, data is about people and, therefore, it should serve the people.

We believe that data comes in all forms, not just numbers but in stories and lived experiences.

I’m a passionate advocate for using data as a transformative tool to empower non-profits and drive social change. I founded MAE Solutions with a deep commitment to equity and community impact. Our mission is to shift the paradigm of data collection from a rote reporting requirement to a powerful instrument for action.

Previously, I served as the Impact Manager for Partners In Health – United States, supporting leaders at the state, county, tribal, and local levels to leverage data to shine a light on the inequities of the US public health system and ensure vital resources reached communities hardest-hit by COVID-19. Additionally, I served as the Program Analyst for The Luminos Fund where I strengthened monitoring and evaluation systems and built a custom data dashboard to drive program management.

I hold an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a BS in mechanical engineering from MIT.
